The user research group is a group of people who have chosen to volunteer to participate in research activities conducted by the Further user experience team. Members of this group will receive periodic invitations to surveys, interviews, focus groups and other types of research to help us improve our products and experiences.

Not at all! Feel free to simply ignore any invitations which aren't a good fit for you, your needs, or your schedule.

The frequency of research activities will depend on the work we are currently doing and could vary greatly, but most likely volunteers will only be invited to participate once or twice a month.

You may be asked to participate in interviews, activities over screen-share tools such as Skype or Zoom, testing new tools and features, focus groups, and potentially others.

If you no longer wish to be part of the user research group you can simply reply to one of our invitations to participate and let us know you are no longer interested.
